One is called Elastamerik, and the other Elastakote.  Elastamerik is a high end product, while Elastakote is a more affordable product, but both provide an exceptional value for the dollars spent. Elastakote, Kelly Moore product #1118 is best used on stucco exteriors with moderate cracking. This has been a common problem in the valley stucco industry for the last 10 years. Elastakote, will help restore stucco back to its original state. Elastamerik on the other hand, (Kelly Moore product #1128) is used for severe cracking of stucco, and masonry walls, and is used as a waterproofing system. With the current industry problem of stucco homes having water leaks, Elastamerik is the product of choice to help eliminate these water leaks, as well as restore the look and integrity of your stucco. Both of these coatings can be mixed in most Kelly Moore exterior colors.
